QuestionMy tv is a model 55LF621U19 and it was working fine the first few days but a couple days after Netflix wouldn’t work so I did a factory data reset and now when I try setting it up the remote doesn’t work all it does is turn the tv on/off

- Answer I recently went out of town for a few days and experienced this same problem. Try unplugging the TV for at least 30 seconds and plugging it back in. This did the trick for my situation and the remote started working fine again with full function.

QuestionJust bought this tv and it was listed as on sale because it had been opened but that is all. At home I see it says stand and hardware packet missing which I was not informed of. I’d like to keep it can I buy the stand somewhere?

QuestionHas anyone else had problems syncing the voice/lips to a soundbar? I have tried both bluetooth and toslink connection and have done adjustments in the audio output of the tv, but still can't seem to sync it. Gets better or worse depending on channel.

QuestionI cannot remove the notification screen for my TV. I cannot change the channel or do anything. I went to settings and turned off notification and I still cannot get rid of the screen. Please help

- Answer Have same problem with over the air channels . upgraded the antenna and got better but some channels still have sound disruption in bad weather . This is my first Smart TV didn't know if this is normal. Reason I didn't believe it's the TV . Had same problem with old school TV with HD converter, new rules for over air in areas made me ether buy a new converter or TV , I chose TV . If you have problem with WiFi or Cable TV please repost to let us know.

QuestionThe manual says that the VESA pattern is 200x300 for a wall mount. I can only find wall mounts with 300x200. Is this the same? Any ideas?
