A:AnswerI found you have to tell Alexa what app every time even though you have app open She changes app and would show picture of the insect if you don't tell her the band . Hope you have better luck than I have.
A:AnswerOnce you log on the Tv with the account you use for your alexa it should automatically connect. If not go to the Alexa app on your phone and set up the device from there. It’ll provide you the necessary steps.
