- Answer To be able to get sound from headphones and the speakers, you will need to connect a device to the TV through an optical cable (like a soundbar with a headphone jack) and connect the headphones to this device. - Answer This TV has to have internet access from your router/cable/DSL. I’m assuming it’s trying to log in through your internet access point which is the router? The Cable box has to be connected via output. This TV boots to an AMazon Fire interface and you select inputs from there.

QuestionEvery so often, the picture will be jumpy down the middle of the screen, or sometimes on the right of the screen sometimes, when I rewind and play it again it isn't jumpy again. Is this a problem with the tv?,should I exchange it?

- Answer I didn’t have this problem, my picture was near perfect. My problem was constantly losing WiFi connection even while watching. I would think it may b to late to exchange but u can try.

- Answer Are you referring to the channels and applications, i.e. the software, or are you referring to the features like Alexa on the remote? I assume the hardware will be the same and probably the software. The TV comes with Amazon Fire as the platform so you should have access to all applications provided by Amazon's Fire TV. In regards to the remote, it will work exactly the same as the other remotes provided around the world and with the same features.

QuestionHi, I need a big TV, preferably a 55 inch that has a timer or time set so I can program it to turn itself on and off at specific set times (not sleep timer). Sleep timer and programmed time are two different features.
