QuestionI have a Toshiba L711U18. Why would the color went to a Purple or Gray monotone type thing, no matter what picture mode etc.. or the source. Is there a quick fix / adjustment ??? Its almost unusable - One cannot make out what the colors are.

QuestionI got moved to Germany and brought my TVs with me. I have this one and the 1080p version. What is the voltage rating on this? Everything here is 220v. So I need to know if this is a 110-220 device or just a 110v.

- Answer There is a sticker on the back of the tv near the power plug that will tell you. I have this tv and recently checked because ill be moving to Italy soon, mine does say 110/220V as well as 60hz/50hz.

- Answer You have to factory reset it or power it off then power it back up. It has a horrible version of Chrome cast built into it.
