Q: QuestionI have a Toshiba L711U18. Why would the color went to a Purple or Gray monotone type thing, no matter what picture mode etc.. or the source. Is there a quick fix / adjustment ??? Its almost unusable - One cannot make out what the colors are.

• A:Answer There is a sticker on the back of the tv near the power plug that will tell you. I have this tv and recently checked because ill be moving to Italy soon, mine does say 110/220V as well as 60hz/50hz.
