Q: QuestionWe Albright this TV on Black Fiday. Out of the box, sound doesn't work for cable.. Anyone else have this problem? Is there a fix? Sound works for Netflix for example, but not for cable.

• A:Answer Have the same problem, if you go into hdmi settings you have to change it from 2.2. Sound won’t work on hdmi setting 2.2

• A:Answer Turn off the TV and unplug the TV power cord. Leave unplugged for at least one minute. Plug it in again to complete this reset process. When the TV has powered on, access the settings through the MENU button, perform the following reset procedure.

• A:Answer You could buy the vizio 32/36 inch 5.1 soundbar, it has good sound quality (for the price) and the best part is the fact that rear speakers and the sub woofer are wireless. Saves a lot of wiring clutter. Also, it wont burn a hole in your pocket. It comes with all the wiring you might possibly need to connect it to your tv. It also has HDMI ARC, so if your tv has a HDMI ARC input pairing is extremely simple and you can control the soundbar with your tv remote. It also has Bluetooth. It comes with mounting hardware if you decide to mount the speakers. FYI, mounting them to the level of your face while seating will give you the most optimal sound effects.

Q: QuestionWhen watching tv the audio matches the video. When i switch to DVD/blueray player it does not match up. If I manually change the delay adjustment for the dvd/blueray player it matches up but when i switch to tv it does not match up. Please help

• A:Answer Ive had this problem once before, using my Xbox one S as a 4k bluray player. I restarted the tv and Xbox and it went away. Haven't had a problem since. Hope yours started working for you.

• A:Answer Being a basic user, i just toggle between Dynamic and Movie based on the lighting conditions. I am able to get satisfactory results. If your are looking to fine tune brightness, sharpness, contrast etc.. I've not tried doing that.

• A:Answer I had the same problem, but only when screen was enlarged were streaming movie looked terrible except in the middle. I have had this entry level HDTV as of August and just noticed 1-1-18. Picture stable on everything else. Of course must have an HDTV provider source, cable satt to get high def.

• A:Answer Strange some people's reviews say it is smart, next persons review says it is not. What I read, *It is not a smart TV. It has Chrome Cast to use your phone to control TV. I am not using my cheap cell to mirror or control it. I purchased a Sony 4K Upscale Blue Ray player that is loaded with access to hundreds of apps, so many you can download. So a low cost 4K up converting blue ray player can give you all the featured app's you want for streaming, games, and so on. Just started having some fun with the apps last night. Adding that Sony Blue Ray 4K * (Not true 4K) Upscale is a great start when budget is tight. A budget Toshiba with a budget Player, your set to up-convert those blue rays. Sony player on sale Dec 5TH 2017 @ Best Buy about $89.00 This is more then your Q, but an example of a better picture with this TV and Blue Ray added, the movie "The Book of ELI" is with little color, kinda of a dark or closer to black n white. Not in this player on this TV, color comes out very nice even in dark movies with little color.
