You can use your computer or mobile device to go to that website. 
Also the TV has a browser, you can download the app Firefox for Fire.

Hi, If you go to the Apps section in the top menu if will bring you to all the apps. In there will be just a generic app called “internet” you can install that or a Firefox. Either of these will allow you to enter a URL into the browser
