- Answer There is no such thing as Jailbreaking a Firestick or FireTV. Jailbreaking requires modifying code. You can unlock a Firestick or FireTV by turning on ADB debugging & allow apps from Unknown Sources. This will allow 3 party apps to be installed.

- Answer As long as you have a comcast cable box that supports an hdmi cable, this tv will work. Since this is a 4k TV, make sure to call comcast to provide you with a 4k cable box so that you can utilize the 4k. The same goes with the Dish receiver box. If they are old boxes, then its likely they wont display 4k. But they will still work as standard Hdtv resolutions which is 1k.

QuestionI'm trying to connect my Sonos Beam soundbar. I can do it with optical connection but I want to use HDMI-ARC. But port 1, labeled "ARC," specifies "IN," not out, and doesn't work with the soundbar. Is it not possible to make this connection with HDMI-ARC?

- Answer To hide the Live TV channels you don't watch for faster navigation use the included Voice Remote, press the Home button, then select Settings > Live TV > Channel Management > All ; scroll to highlight the channel you do not want to watch and Press the Play /Pause button to Hide the Channel. QuestionHow can I lock the TV to come on connected to the HDMI1 port? Every time we turn the TV off it comes back to the FireTV screen and I need it to start up on the HDMI1 port!

- Answer Toshiba says you have to download the "fire app" then you can play movies, several types. Does that app cost$? Can I download it to my cell phone then load to the TV? Does it cost to use the app? Why isn't it preloaded on the TV?
