QuestionCan you add internal storage on this device? since this only have 4.27GB, which is not enough for downloading apps. if you we are able to add storage like 32gb usb, will the apps install to that usb?

QuestionWe have this new 55” tv however we cannot get a full size picture on the screen. The picture only fills 80% of the screen. How do we get the picture to fill the screen. Thanks!

- Answer CLick on settings on your tv . There should be a category for adjusting your screen size. YOu could always look on Youtube for instructions.

- Answer Hi, The USB port only supports a USB Flash Drive up to 128 GB formatted FAT32. You just have to plug your USB Flash Drive in the USB port and launch the Gallery App. If you want to play videos from it, , you can try to download VLC for Fire app. Alan O. - Toshiba Support

QuestionLive tv won’t work. Every time I scan it states that I have 60+ channels but when the scan is done it goes back to 0 channels. I keep scanning with the same results. Is something wrong with the tv or do I need a special type of antenna, I have a basic one

QuestionI lost my screws for the legs in this tv. What 4 screws do I need to fit the legs on the bottom of the tv? I didn’t use the legs when I first got it cause I had a wall mount. I want to put the legs on the tv just don’t have the screw size. Please help!
