I have the same tv and 10 months into having it the screen went black. The repair man said this a know issue, the mother board and power supply needed to be replaced. I pay for total tech ( their repair plan) but Best Buy will not fix or refund because it’s a tv they don’t work on. I hope you figured out how to get it to work because they will do absolutely NOTHING to help you. They will find a way to not have help you. Best of Luck.
