• Must connect to a 2.4G Wi-Fi. A lot of these products are like are like this. 2.4G is just a slower speed Wi-Fi connect.

• Hi! The camera's range will depend on your router's Wi-Fi coverage area in your home. It must be installed in a location where your router's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal is sufficiently stable. It does not connect via 5GHz.
