Yes, as long as the camera is connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi, and your phone has Internet access (either via Wi-Fi or cellular data).

Thats not true, I have great wifi and a great phone plan and this camera has giving me nothing but issues for $70.00 I am not at all seeing the nearly 5 start review its been given.
