“many recent complaints about app not working properly due to an update and the only responses are asking that customers send more info or pics regarding the issues. Is this app problem going to be fixed or has it been fixed? Camera is pointless w/out app”

I am new to it but so far, as of 10/2023, the app I have used is working great.
