“Does this thing just provide me internet I don’t have any kind of tv or cable or anything and I’m trying to get internet all company’s say they cannot come out this far what do I do and the cheap way”

no it will not provide you internet. You still need to have a cable modem or a satellite modem in order to have wifi in your home.
