• if you want it to turn on/off independently then yes. i have two lamps on one plug so i can control them in tandem.

• Essentially, yes…you could hook it up to a power strip and shut off everything that is connected but you will need one for each individual device you want to use directly. They’re cheap, get them whilst they’re Hot!!

• Hi! That depends on whether you want to automate the power state of each of these appliances. Smart plugs provide that option. There is one power outlet per smart plug.
