“I just purchased this camera thinking I could use it as a baby monitor but as soon as I walked outside & out of my driveway the live feature stopped & the picture just froze. Why would it be doing this? I have unlimited data on my cell and it workd inside”

• Because you lost your WiFi signal. All Kasa TP-Link products NEED WiFi!

• The Kasa Spot camera is not designed nor advertised as a baby monitor. The live view can be watched perpetually as long as you are connected to the same WiFi network as the camera. However, if you leave the WiFi network, the live view is currently limited to 10 minute durations. Regards, TP-Link Support
