No, the Kasa app is required for setup and management. The Kasa app is supported on Android (5.0 or later) and iOS (10.0 or later).

I have the app on my phone and can access it. if you are able to download the app on your laptop then it’s a possibility or even through their website if they have. i’m not sure but you need the app to access! hope that helps
