• Hi! As long as your router's 2.4GHz Wi-Fi signal is encrypted (password protected) and adequately strong at the Smart Bulb's location, you can easily set up and manage it via the Tapo app.

• All you need is to install the Tapo app and add the bulbs to your wifi. Any lamp or standard light receptacle should work.
