Yes, I have mine connected to a chandelier that has several dimmable LED bulbs and it works fine, even at the lowest setting. When you first install it via the Tapo app, it can check to make sure the bulbs are dimmable, so you'll know right away.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi! This switch can dim LEDs that are compatible with dimmers. However, please note that the LEDs must be in-circuit with the switch. If you are planning to install the switch to control a power outlet/socket, and not wire it to the fixture/bulbs directly, it will not be able to dim via a power outlet. To utilize the dimming feature and the product properly in general, please ensure it is installed in a location where the switch is wired to the lights/fixture directly. As long as the wiring meets the requirements of the switch and the LED bulbs are dimmable, and utilize a compatible dimming method (Leading Edge Dimming / TRIAC Phase Cut), it should work as intended.
