“I purchased a TracFone Card from Best Buy Online - thinking it would be convenient. Apparently, however, it was not activated. I have attempted to resolve this several times with Customer Service/Geek Squad, but no luck. HELP!”

• My sales associate at Best Buy had the courtesy to take the time to activate my phone. It took him about 15 minutes. I'm glad I didn't try to do it myself.

• Contact Tracfone Customers service . If you paid online it is activated. Have had some problems trying to add on my devices. It's tracfone problem with their system
