“Will this phone use CDMA network or GSM? I have a tracfone right night that uses TMobile and service is awful where i live. I really want a phone that will use Verizon towers. Don't want to spend $200 if it won't.”

This model is both CDMA and GSM compatible. You would need to make sure you ask your Best Buy associate for the CDMA compatible SIM.
