- Answer Yes, you can add a 1 year card and not pay the monthly fee with this phone. I buy a 1 year card every year. Along with the phone minutes you receive, you also get data and text. You can also buy at anytime for $10, additional data. The SE phone works great with a tracphone account.

- Answer Both phones I purchased at a local Best Buy store came with the 60 day 750/1000/1GB plan included. But there's no indication on the box or inside it otherwise, other than when you go to activate it online.
