QuestionRecently upgraded from a zte valet to an iPhone se through tracfone. Everything was set up by customer service. Any text messages sent or received will not be delivered or received until I come into a wireless setting such as my home. Why?

QuestionWill this phone use CDMA network or GSM? I have a tracfone right night that uses TMobile and service is awful where i live. I really want a phone that will use Verizon towers. Don't want to spend $200 if it won't.

However, it has been identified that the OS version of this phone can be upgraded up to iOS 11.4. Most probably, the specific phone that has been advertised on the BestBuy website has its OS version upgraded. Hence, the product's OS version as stated on the BestBuy website.

QuestionI have call TracFone with this problem 3 times and it still persist. When you call my number it goes straight to voice mail, but if you call immediately back it will go through. When I call the only thing they do is reset which isn’t working.

- Answer Ana, I'm not sure I understand your question. When I purchased my phone from Best Buy it was a iPhone SE (locked) that had Tracfone as the carrier. If you can purchase an unlocked phone you have to provide the simcard from the carrier you choose. This is the only limitation I know. If you are inquiring on other limitations of this phone there are numerous. Possibly Best Buy can help you as they did me answer your questions. Good Luck, Tech1
