Hi. This is Janet from TracFone Wireless. The iPhone SE is actually released with iOS 9.3.1 version. Originally, this is the OS version of our TracFone branded iPhone SE. However, it has been identified that the OS version of this phone can be upgraded up to iOS 11.4. Most probably, the specific phone that has been advertised on the BestBuy website has its OS version upgraded. Hence, the product's OS version as stated on the BestBuy website.
