• good question. I asked the same thing & was told that they would roll, even after the 60 days. it seems contradictory to the '60 days' deal, but that was what I was told.

• No you will not lose minutes as long as you renew your days they will roll over (I'm over 1000 minutes now). Even if you forget to renew and your days run out I believe Tracfone keeps your minutes for up to another 60 days.
