Hi. This is Cristy from TracFone Wireless. Yes, you can transfer your old phone number to the new phone as long as it is still active. The old phone needs to be reactivated first so we can also transfer the unused minutes. All TracFone customers who will do an upgrade will have the Triple Minute benefit as a promotion for upgrading to a new handset.
