• Yes to Xbox. It has an audio port, 3.5mm. I don't know if it is wireless capable.

• Yes, The Recon Controller can be used with the Xbox One. The Recon Controller can be used alongside a wireless headset as a regular Xbox controller. However, please be aware that the audio controls on the Recon Controller would only affect a wired headset connected directly to the controller's headset jack. Since you have a wireless headset, the buttons and dials on the wireless headset itself would continue to control all of your audio adjustments.
