Hi James. Thanks for reaching out about this! I'm sorry to hear you're having some display issues with your Samsung TV. Great job checking the color balancing as it can cause a problem like this! A cost estimate for a diagnosis/repair would be fairly difficult given we don't fully know what's going on right now. We'd recommend sending an agent out there to check out the TV and see where to go from there.
