• I would call Samsung and ask them. If they do not know I would try a lens cleaner. But I really have never had that happen to me.

• You can go to best buy and get a tv cleaner and a microfiber cloth and try that and if that doesn't work the panel might be damaged if you pressed to hard on it cleaning it before or used a different chemical like windex on it .
