“Does BB only hang the tv to bracket & connect the cables? Or will they do a cable mgmt & a pass thru so the lower outlet wires on wall can be run inside the wall so the tv will have no wires showing? Just wanting to know what is included in the BB price?”

I know they sale the "worm hole" system, I think that is what it called were the wires are hidden do not know how much it costs and/or the cost of installing it but yes they do have that. My new house had that already installed.
