Actually I think they are rated 10 watts by the way i think im not sure by the way but they are very easy to setup and use.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They're LEDs which normally have a 10,000+ hour lifespan. For LEDs that means after that time is up, they'll lose up to half their brightness during that time. The controller is another story. I know several people have had these for about three years or so and they're still going strong. But they are based on computer technology, and that keeps changing, so that's where you'll probably have problems first. The controller runs pretty warm, and I figure that's what will die first if anything does. I've had a string running every day since December 2020, and it's still running nice. I just got another string of 600 that I plan to set up over our balcony.
