The individual bulbs can not be replaced. Having a bulb or two out does not interrupt the effects of the string. Each bulb or lamp acts as its own IP address connecting individually with the Twinkly App.

Technically, it's not possible to replace a single bulb on a String, but it's rare for them to get damaged. If needed, you can still contact our support team using the "Submit a Request" form in the Help section on the website.
