“Every time I leave the house with my phone (which holds the Twinkly app) , I come back home and the lights are defaulted to all white. I then need to go into the app and assign the setting that was there before I left. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When choosing the design for the lights you have to apply it which then uploads the design to the computer. Remember, the box with the push button attached to the lights is a computer. It connects to your phone app through your local wifi network. If you don't apply (Upload) the design to the computer, it won't store it when you unplug the lights. Open the app/ Turn power on/ Press gallery at bottom of app/ Choose a design (Tree will display design)/ At bottom right press apply. You should be good, if not contact the Twinkie Cust Ser.
