Not at all, you won't even notice the magnet until you use it on an accessory.

No causes no issues that I can see. And I've had it with this case. Everything works perfectly so far and it's been about 02 months or so

If it's like the previous model, the case itself won't cause an issue with the S Pen.

The S Pen will only have an issue if a magsafe accessory is connected on the back. If it's a popsocket, you can pull it off temporarily for the pen work, then set it back on there, etc.

Most case manufacturers have their cases in sliders so you can test-fit the product to see if you like it.
