• The unit comes with a cigarette lighter adapter, a USB Power adapter would be required.

• Through a fusible hardwire kit im sure it is, but if your wanting to know if its plug and play 5volt USB compatible, no. It does require 12 volts to operate. So there is only a cigarette lighter adapter included.
