• Hmm, good question, that would depend on the curvature of the scoliosis. If scoliosis curve is lateral, not sure that would work. This gadget works more for forward posture....but im not 100% certain. Maybe you can ask manufacturer.

• Hi, that's a great question. The UPRIGHT GO and UPRIGHT GO 2 work by learning your upright position and training your back and core muscles to sit and stand upright. It does this by lightly vibrating when you are slouched. Since the UPRIGHT GO/ GO2 calibrates itself to its position on your back it might help you as well, we have many customers with scoliosis who reported they have improved their posture.
