once you are connected to bluetooth as audio output for your tv (so you can listen with your headphones), your guests will not be able to hear sound from the tv anymore. in other words, the audio is redirected instead of duplicated. you’ll most likely need to search based on make and model of your tv for the best option(s) up-to-date that are available to you in terms of allowing for, and enabling, multi-output audio function. you can find headphones to buy that come with a splitter of some kind i believe, for this exact purpose. good luck!

So it isn't like what you would buy for an airplane. If you are looking for a great pair of high-quality noise cancellation headphones go with the Sony's I pointed out for ya
