“I bought a Vidbox VCDE8, I have downloaded the driver and Video Conversion Kit for Mac. When I try to transfer the message comes up "Cannot use Vidbox VCDE8"”

• The Video Conversion for Mac app is most likely missing the Camera and Microphone access permissions to use the VIDBOX capture device. These can be granted in System Preferences -> Security and Privacy -> Privacy tab for Camera and Microphone.
