“We are transferring our 8mm tapes (home videos) from camcorder to Mac. Seemed to work fine for the first few tapes & then No Audio & some are black & white. Help!”

Please try the following basic troubleshooting steps. Start by reinstalling the Video Conversion for Mac application from the VIDBOX website. If the issue remains after reinstalling, close the program and unplug the VIDBOX capture device. Then restart your Mac before reconnecting the VIDBOX capture device. If the issue continues, please re-test a tape that had worked for you previously, and contact the VIDBOX Customer Care team with your test results for more direct assistance.
