“I was converting VHS tapes. Everything was working fine then the video quit working. The audio comes through but no picture. I finished converting 3 tapes and this started on the fourth one. Thank you”

• This could be relating to a Windows setting that can affect the PC software. We have seen that this will occur randomly even after a few recordings have been performed successfully. Try downloading the latest update for your software from the VIDBOX website, and contact our Support Team if the issue continues to occur.
