Vidbox makes a .mpg file then convert to .mp4. I then used a third party converter, .mp4 to .mp4 and then I could edit it Something wrong with my Vidbox .mp4 file but at least 3rd part converter fixed it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’m not familiar enough with pinnacle 21 but the problem you described is caused usually because of codec incompatibility. I’d suggest making sure you’re saving your VHS files as MPG files which are usually compatible with most video editing softwares.
