• You will probably need to get an external drive to connect to your computer, but you probably already know this and have done it since you asked the question so long ago.

• the way I got around this was to find a pc/mac that has an optical drive and move all the installation files to a usb drive. The other option would be to see if they have their files available for download at their website.
