Yes, the VIDBOX records video and audio together as long as you have both video and audio connections made on the device. Also note that on the Step 5 Record screen, there is a Recording Volume slider. Please make sure it is set to an appropriate level to record audio. If you are unsure about the connections and operation or if you still have an audio recording issue, please contact VIDBOX Support directly for troubleshooting assistance.
