“Cassette Recorder and player from Best Buy. There is no in person phone assistance from the so please help me. I am getting a constant feedback issue when I play or record. Is there something I can do to fix this problem please. Thanks”

• We apologize, our phone lines were down yesterday. We have returned to normal operation where we normally only go down mid-day to work on other tasks. There should only be feedback if a microphone is active on your computer. Make sure that if you are not recording from a microphone, that you have selected the included VIDBOX capture device as your source in the software instead.
