• Yes you can use this as a second monitor. Would not really recommend using it as a monitor if you do any fast paced gaming as the input lag and response time on the TV aren't exceptionally good, but for general web browsing and streaming video it's great.

• This HDTV can be connected to a GPU with HDMI or a laptop with HDMI output. Windows will detect it as an additional display, or you can configure it as your main display.

• Yes it would. Although, it's not recommended to use a TV for text based projects as pixelization can occur.

• It does have Bluetooth depending on what you are trying to connect to it, a computer should be able to find it if not you can just connect the hdmi cord to it.
