Since I purchased the Best Buy Geek Squad warranty on this TV, I set up an appt for service on this TV. The Geek Squad technician confirmed that the Power Supply on this TV is dead (power going to it / no power coming out of it). I would have to wait a week for a new part to be ordered and then reschedule appt for install, or since I am still within the return period on this TV I can return it. I am choosing to return it and purchase a different brand of TV.
