• With the VIZIO SmartCast units wth Chromecast built in the phone or tablet is simply a control device that sends a signal to the display telling it to go to Netflix and play the content you have chosen. This runs off of your home internet not your data.

• The only way to prevent that is to buy an actual smart TV and not a Google Cast Home Theater Display
