“Not sure I understand the sound on this Tv. Volume is on 65 but it’s so soft and I can’t really hear it.”

• Try turning off volume leveling... turn surround sound setting off/on... My unit doesn't have this issue at all, so if I were you I'd contact Vizio Support asap
