“What does "voice assistance - NO" mean? I want good sound. Elderly, hearing aid. Also want captions feature”

• Voice Assistance via Amazon Alexa. I have an Echo dot connected to the TV so it allows me to use Amazon Alexa for voice assistance. TV has great sound and captions as well.

• Voice assistance means controlling your television by actually talking to it. The sound quality on this TV is quite good, but it could be better. It will definitely get loud, but the 10 watt speakers could be improved. Closed Captions are available and it has both analog and digital audio outputs if you are using any external audio devices or hearing aid transmitters.
