I've included a picture to show you that I understand exactly what you mean because I had a Rocketfish unit on my earlier amplifier system that I have just recently replaced with this Vizio unit. There is absolutely no reason to have to make all of that extra effort of plugging in the Vizio subwoofer to the Rocketfish transmitter and then hooking up the Vizio surround speakers to the Rocketfish receiver. You would then have to plug in the Vizio subwoofer and Soundbar and also the Rocketfish transmitter AND Rocketfish receiver both into electrical outlets. Using of a total of 4 electrical outlets possibly requiring a power strip. I advise You to just place the Vizio subwoofer in the back of the room and run the surround sound speakers directly from the subwoofer itself. Just the Rocketfish system by itself uses 2 electrical outlets but, if you just use the Vizio unit itself, You will only need to use 1 electrical outlet for the Vizio subwoofer and surround sound speakers and 1 for the Soundbar. Good Luck, Jaxyn.
