• Hi, The KidiConnect is compatible with Android smartphones running Android 4.4 or above (suggested resolution 800x480 or better) and iPhone 5 and up running iOS 9 or above. Best regards, VTechkids

• Yes they can send messages to both phones, { I-phone and Samsung } however unlike a regular phone, it has pre-set messages. My grandson loves it !!! This is an excellent starter into our tech world.
